Please keep in mind as you book an appointment that you will need to arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for your first massage. We have an intake form for you to fill out when you arrive. Your therapist will also spend a few minutes discussing the goals for the session with you in order to maximize the outcome of your treatment.
